NM LTD. is a data science company that builds innovative technologies that serve industries worldwide, from finance to manufacturing to logistics. We are looking for people to assist the top management with daily operations to build the team and grow the business. We consider candidates from various backgrounds. We are looking for someone young and enthusiastic, yet careful to details. Ideal candidates should have a strong interest in technologies, data science and mathematics. The candidates should have a bachelor degree from a world leading university, and have experience running projects independently. The candidates need to have excellent writing and presentation skills.

Duties for the business development executives are:

  • devise business strategies to run the company
  • build a team of sales and marketing
  • make contacts with funds, financial corporations, press, media, academic and research institutions
  • promote and build a brand name for our products by publishing seminars, videos and writings
  • run promotion campaign, maintain a good relationship with our marketing partners
  • manage social media channels - twitter, Facebook, Instagram, websites
  • contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings
  • plan and oversee new marketing initiatives
  • research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
  • find and develop new markets and improving sales
  • attend conferences, meetings, and industry events
  • train personnel and helping team members develop their skills
  • create PowerPoint presentations and doing all preparation for events and meetings
  • carry out special projects as allocated by CEO

 

Candidates are expected to travel often between Singapore, Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Shanghai, Beijing, and India.

The eligible candidates should

  • bachelor’s degree from a world-renowned university
  • enthusiastic and passionate to run a startup company
  • experience building and/or leading a team of sales and marketers
  • strong communication skills and IT fluency
  • ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
  • excellent organizational skills
  • ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
  • proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • comfortable using a computer for various tasks
  • excellent people skills
  • resourceful and well connected
  • excellent writing skills
