PRIVACY POLICY.

This privacy policy explains how NM, NM HK, NM DEV, and affiliates (“NM Dev”, “we”, “us”) handle personal information when you use nm.dev and the services offered through it, including our product pages, documentation, blog, website-building service, payment pages and contract signing page.

Inquiry forms

When you send us an inquiry through a contact or quotation form, we collect the details you type in: your name, email address, and the message or project information you choose to share.

Payments

When you make a payment or start a subscription, you enter your billing details (name, email, address and payment information) on pages connected to Stripe. Your card details are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers on our own systems.

Contract signing

When you sign a website service agreement, we collect your name, email address, company details and your typed signature, together with the agreement text you accepted. A copy of the signed agreement is emailed to you and to us.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed and when a form is submitted. This may involve cookies and a shortened form of your IP address, processed by Google under its own privacy terms.

We use the information you give us to reply to your inquiries, prepare quotations, deliver the services you ask for, process payments, keep signed agreements on record, and improve how the site works.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your inquiry details to add you to marketing mailing lists.

We share personal information only with the service providers that help us run the site and deliver our services:

Stripe processes payments and subscriptions. Google Analytics measures site usage. Brevo delivers our transactional emails, such as inquiry notifications and signed contract copies. Our website hosting provider serves the site itself. Each provider handles your information under its own privacy policy.

We may also disclose information if the law requires us to, or to protect our legal rights.

We keep inquiry and contract records for as long as needed to manage our relationship with you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. Signed agreements are kept as part of our business records.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing sales@nm.dev. We will respond within a reasonable time.

You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by using a browser add-on such as the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by blocking analytics cookies in your browser settings.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page, with the date of the latest update shown below.
