Payments are processed securely by Stripe. NM Dev never sees or stores your card details.

AFTER YOU SUBSCRIBE

Manage or cancel your subscription

To change your payment amount, update your payment details, or cancel your subscription, email sales@nm.dev using the email address you entered at checkout. Please include your request and invoice or receipt reference, if available. Never send card details by email.

Managing payments through Stripe

If a Stripe customer portal link is provided in your subscription emails, open it and follow the sign-in instructions. Depending on the available options, you can update your card and billing details, view invoices, and manage your subscription.

Cancelling recurring payments

If cancellation is available in your Stripe customer portal, select your subscription, choose the cancellation option, and complete the confirmation. Check the effective cancellation date shown by Stripe. If you do not have a portal link or cannot find the cancellation option, contact sales@nm.dev for assistance.
