The license is per machine and is not transferable. It is valid for 2 years starting from the purchase date. We do not charge yearly maintenance fee. You may get all the updates and bug fixes that we make public for the major version for free. For example, if you purchase 1.x.y, you get free updates for 1.x.y, but not 2.a.b and newer versions.

Each individual developer requires a separate Single Developer License as long as he or she needs access to the library. One license may not be shared or used concurrently by more than one individual developer. Site license available.
